Surviving Katrina... PricelessThis house left standing on Howard Ave in Biloxi is one of the few and its owners would seem to appreciate that. I would be guessing but from the tarp on the roof and where the water rose to in this area I know they have a lot of work ahead. You can tell from the sign they will rebuild.
